Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken wings
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. cooking sherry wine
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 to 1 1/2 c. soy sauce
    4 medium cloves crushed garlic
Preparation
    Mix last 5 ingredients.
    Line pan with foil.
    Toss wings in sauce and place in a large pan lined with foil.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn wings every 20 minutes and add sauce. Want wings to be brown when done.
