Deer Tenderloin Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 deer tenderloins
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together, pour over tenderloins and let marinate for several hours.
    Drain and place on a rack over a shallow pan 4 inches under the broiler element.
    Broil 12 to 15 minutes.
    Slice and serve with rice and vegetables.
