Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli or 1 large head
    1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook chopped broccoli and drain well.
    Melt 1/2 stick of butter and Velveeta cheese, then stir mixture into drained broccoli.
    Crush crackers; melt other 1/2 stick butter and mix together.
    Line a casserole dish with 1/2 cracker mixture.
    Pour broccoli mixture into casserole and top with remaining cracker mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
