Lentil Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lentils, cooked (1/3 c. uncooked)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
