Cranberry-Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Drain mandarin oranges.
    Set mandarin juice aside.
    Heat gelatin, sugar, salt and mandarin juice until gelatin dissolves. Add lemon juice, cranberry sauce, mandarin oranges, celery and pecans.
    Put into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Chill.
