Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken, stewed and deboned
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 large pkg. plain Doritos
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add soup, Ro-Tel, sour cream and heat. Crush 1/2 of the Doritos in Pyrex dish.
    Add 1/2 of the chicken, 1/2 sauce, add remainder in order.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
