Low-Fat Savory Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (4 oz.) finely shredded reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. soft-style light cream cheese
2 Tbsp. fat-free Ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp. finely snipped fresh chives
1 Tbsp. red pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

In a medium bowl, stir together the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and Ricotta cheese until well combined.
Stir in the chives, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
