Blueberry Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. berries
    4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place berries in a 6 cup jar.
    Bring sugar and vinegar to boil (until sugar melts).
    Pour over berries.
    Cover tightly.
    Let stand 48 hours at room temperature.
    Strain through several layers of cheese cloth or soft cloth.
    Seal tight with cork or lid.
    Use to marinate or cook with.
