White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz white chocolate
    4 1/2 large egg whites
    1/4 c milk, plus 3/4 cup
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    3 c cake flour
    1 c sugar, plus 3 Tbsp
    1 Tbsp baking powder, plus 1 1/2 tsp
    3/4 tsp salt
    9 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    Honey Buttercream Icing, recipe follows
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Melt chocolate in the microwave. It should take approximately 1 minute. Be careful not to burn.
