Bleu Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
6 oz. bleu cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Put all the ingredients, except a third of the bleu cheese, in a blender or food processor.
Blend to a smooth, creamy consistency.
Crumble the remaining bleu cheese and stir into the dressing.
Tightly cover and refrigerate.
Will stay fresh for 4 or 5 days.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
