Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in medium bowl and stir until well mixed. Heat griddle slowly.
    When drops of water bounce, griddle is ready.
    Grease lightly or not according to kind of griddle.
    Pour batter onto griddle.
    Cook until bubbles appear on top and edges begin to look dry.
    Turn and brown on other side.
    Serve hot with butter and syrup.
