Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    3 eggs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients well.
    Mix in spinach and cheese.
    Bake in a greased 8 x 8-inch pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes until browned lightly on top.
    Cool and cut in squares.
