Chicken-Almond Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    5 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
    2 Tbsp. chopped slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; toss lightly.
    Fold in eggs and mayonnaise; cover and chill 2 hours.
    Serve on leaf lettuce. Sprinkle with bacon and almonds.
    Makes 2 servings.
    Can be easily doubled.
