Steamed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bottles stale beer
    2 c. water
    2 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1 large onion, quartered
    1 Tbsp. ground allspice
    6 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    6 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Add 5 pounds of shrimp and bring to a boil again.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes or more in juice.
