Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten slightly
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    juice from 1 1/2 lemons
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
    1/4 c. Grape Nuts, crushed
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour; add to eggs. Mix well. Add lemon juice and butter. Mix well. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven in an unbaked pie shell. Crush Grape Nuts until fine; sprinkle on top before baking (optional). When inserted silver knife comes out clean, pie is done.
