Sponge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, separated
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and flour.
    Add egg yolks and milk.
    Mix well.
    Stir in lemon extract and nutmeg.
    Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry.
    Fold into milk mixture.
    Pour into five 5-ounce custard cups.
    Place cups in a pan of water.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
