Microwave Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 or 5 small zucchini
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped

Preparation

In medium microwave-safe dish, cut zucchini and add remaining ingredients.
Microwave on High for 20 minutes.
Stir 2 or 3 times during cooking.
