Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 shallot, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. grated fresh horseradish
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation

Melt butter and add shallots and garlic; saute about 2 minutes.
Add heavy cream and horseradish.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce is thickened, about 15 minutes.
Add seasoned peppers and serve.
