Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
    To the beaten egg, add milk, melted butter and sugar. Gently stir in flour mixture until the flour is moistened. Add the pecans.
    Spoon batter into greased, miniature muffin tins, filling half full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until firm to the touch.
    Makes 36 muffins.
