Rich Chocolate Layer Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
2 tsp. white or cider vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
Preparation

Melt butter over medium heat; remove from heat.
Stir in vinegar, vanilla and 2 cups water.
Set aside.
Measure flour and next 4 ingredients.
Mix with butter mixture until smooth.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Use greased 13 x 9-inch or round layer pans.
After removing from oven, let cool 20 minutes in pan. Remove and cool on racks until completely cool.
Frost with your favorite frosting.
There are no eggs in this recipe.
