Sawdust Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box orange jello
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold water
    2 large bananas, sliced
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water; set aside to jell slightly.
    Add drained pineapple and sliced bananas.
    Pour into long cake pan. Cover top completely with marshmallows; set aside to jell.
    Mix well the flour, sugar, butter, egg and pineapple juice.
    Cook over medium heat until thick; remove from stove.
    Add cream cheese and mix well.
    Set aside to cool, then add Cool Whip.
    Mix together well and spread on top of jello.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
