Mother'S Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 c. sugar
1 slightly beaten egg
3/4 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
6 to 7 c. plain flour
Preparation

Mix yeast in warm water.
Stir well.
Add sugar; mix.
Add egg; mix.
Add salt; mix.
Add oil; stir well.
Gradually add 1 cup of flour at a time until right consistency (you can handle the dough without it sticking to your fingers).
Place dough in large bowl and let rise at least 1 hour in a warm place (be sure to cover with a towel).
Punch down.
Make rolls by pinching off small amount, flattening, folding in half.
Place on cookie sheet. Let rise (about 1 hour).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
