Ham Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ground or chopped ham
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. minced onions
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. hot pepper
1 c. chopped pecans to roll in
Preparation

Blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add other ingredients; stir well.
Cover; refrigerate few hours or over night.
Form into balls; roll in pecans; eat with crackers.
