Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 large bag of Dorito Chips
    3/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 onion chopped
    1 green pepper chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes with mild green chiles
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts and cut into large pieces.
    Save stock. Saute green pepper and onion until tender.\tAdd soup and tomatoes; mix.
    Add chicken; thin with chicken stock if necessary.
    Layer 9 x 13 inch baking pan with chips, soup mixture and cheese.
    Repeat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
