Rocky Road - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bag Chocolate Chips
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tbsp. Butter
1 lb. Salted Pecans or Cashews
1 bag Mini Marshmallows

Preparation

In double boiler melt chips and butter.
Add milk and mix together.
In seperate bowl mix marshmallows and peanuts.
Pour melted chocolate mixture into peanut mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into a 9x13-inch greased pan.
Spray Pam works well.
Chill in refrigerator.
Cut into squares.
