Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cottage cheese
1 to 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 large jar Ragu sauce
1 box (14) manicotti noodles
Preparation

Season and brown beef; drain.
Boil manicotti noodles; blot dry.
Mix grated cheese, cottage cheese and meat mixture.
Place stuffed noodles in pan and pour Ragu sauce over noodles.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with grated cheese.
Noodles will be stuffed with cheese and meat mixture.
