No-Crust Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole eggs
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (more if desired)
Preparation

Combine sugar and flour; then stir in 3 beaten eggs (slightly beaten).
Add vanilla, nutmeg and evaporated milk.
Pour into pie pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
