Sugarless Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can unsweetened crushed pineapple
    1 orange flavored sugar-free Jell-O
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. low calorie Cool Whip
Preparation
    Heat pineapple to boiling point.
    Dissolve Jell-O in pineapple.
    When it begins to thicken, add buttermilk and Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate.
