Meatless Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf whole wheat bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    3 eggs
    1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. freshly grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
    2 cloves garlic, cut small
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and remaining ingredients except bread. Mix well and add bread cubes. Mix with wet hands to form balls, pressing a little so that bread is no longer in cubes.
    If too dry, add more milk.
    Brown lightly in oil (Mazola or olive). Drain on paper towels.
