Corn For Canning Or Freezing - cooking recipe

4 qt. corn, cut off cob
1 qt. water
4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Put in cans and cook 25 minutes at 10 pounds pressure, or freeze.
Add water if there is not enough liquid to cover corn in cans.
