Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. white flour
    3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Use ingredients in order given.
    Mix and knead with your hands until you have a smooth dough.
    Let rise until it has doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
    Divide in half to make 2 (14-inch) round pizzas or 1 large.
    Place on a cookie sheet.
    Put favorite toppings on and bake about 12 to 15 minutes at 500\u00b0.
