Collette'S Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    Parmesan cheese
    4 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Melt butter in nonstick frying pan.
    Add eggs.
    Cook eggs slowly until you start to see the yolk change.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, at least 1/8-inch thick.
    Slowly add vinegar, one teaspoon at a time,
    to the outer edge of the pan.
    This will flash cook the eggs.
    Serve with bread and preserves.
