Creamed Pheasant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole pheasant (optional, chicken)
    1 c. onion
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. celery
    4 cans cream of celery soup
    4 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Parboil pheasant.
    Combine onion, mushrooms and celery with milk.
    Mix in soups and desired chunks of pheasant.
    Heat over low heat.
    Serve over drop (Bisquick) biscuits.
