Blitzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. butter
pinch of salt
Preparation

Put eggs in bowl; stir in flour and sugar until mixed.
Slowly add milk; melt butter and add, then salt.
Over a low gas flame, pour batter to cover bottom of frying pan.
Fry until light color on both sides.
Fill with jelly, sugar or fruit.
Roll up and eat. Makes 5 to 6 large \"Blitzes\".
