Creamy Butter Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 egg
    milk (as much as needed)
    4 1/2 to 4 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add about half of the powdered sugar; beat well.
    Beat in vanilla and egg.
    Gradually beat in remaining powdered sugar. Beat in some milk, if necessary, to make frosting of spreading consistency.
    Cover; store in refrigerator.
