Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/5 to 3 lb. chicken
    2 c. broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken; take off bones.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Bring to boil soup and vegetables; pour over chicken.
    Mix margarine, flour, buttermilk, salt and pepper; spoon the mixture over all.
    Cook 25 to 30 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven, until brown.
