Lemon Walnut Cake(Makes Approximately 16 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. Wheat Chex brand cereal, crushed to 3/4 c.
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. ground or finely chopped walnuts
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 10 cup fluted tube pan.
In a large bowl, cream sugar and margarine.
Stir in eggs. Add lemon juice, lemon peel and vanilla.
Mix well.
