Microwave Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Microwave
    the\tmilk
    in
    a 2 cup measure on High until tiny bubbles
    appear around edges of cup, 2 to 3 1/2 minutes. Mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in a 1 quart bowl.\tBlend in milk.\tDivide into 4 to 6 ounce baking cups.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on
    top.
    Arrange cups in ring around outer edge of carousel. Microwave on Medium-high (70%) until center resembles soft set gelatin,\t4
    to 7 minutes.\tCenter will become firm as custard cools.
    Chill several hours before serving.
