Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. sliced cucumbers
1 lb. onions, sliced
1 large green pepper, diced
1 large can pimento
1 tsp. celery seed
1/3 c. salt
3 c. sugar
2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix in large bowl.
Put in wide mouth glass gallon jar in refrigerator.
Stir next day a couple of times.
Ready to eat after third day.
Stays good in refrigerator up to 1 year.
