Skillet Quick Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced potatoes
    2 c. sliced onions
    2 c. cooked ham, cubed
    2 cans creamed mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in electric skillet.
    Add potatoes and onions. Simmer until tender.
    Add cubed ham and soup, diluted with the milk and serve.
