Rigatoni With Beef And Garden Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium garlic cloves
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can tomatoes, diced
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. rigatoni macaroni
    mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Into a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, with garlic press, press garlic.
    Add ground beef and onion; cook until beef is well browned, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
