Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted 3 times
3/4 c. soft shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Add shortening to flour and blend with pastry blender or use 2 knives, cutting shortening into flour until particles are about the size of peas.
Add salt, vinegar and milk.
Mix well and chill one day (can be left in fridge longer).
Allow dough to reach room temperature before using.
