Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
3 pods Mexican peppers
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add all other ingredients and beat well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Can be cooked as muffins.
