Chicken Pepper Gnocchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. gnocchi pasta (uncooked)
    4 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen snow pea pods
Preparation
    Coat a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Place over medium heat until hot.
    Add red peppers and the next 5 ingredients; saute until tender.
    Stir in salt, flour and bouillon granules.
    Gradually add water; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Set aside and keep warm.
    Cook pasta according to directions, omitting salt and fat.
    Drain and set aside.
