Apple Butter(Oven) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 c. applesauce
5 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours. Stir 3 times during this time.
Twenty minutes before done, add 2 tablespoons cinnamon and 1 tablespoon cloves.
Return to oven for 20 minutes.
Apple butter can be sealed in jars for storage.
