Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
    5 eggs, beaten well
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. hot sausage
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook sausage well and drain.
    Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan. Place bread over oleo in pan.
    Sprinkle drained sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture.
    Chill for 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
