White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat together first 4 ingredients.
Add 1/4 cup boiling water. Beat until peaks stand up.
