Beef Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef, ground
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. pure ground chili pepper
    1/2 tsp. each: sage, thyme and oregano
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 to 3 Tbsp. red wine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and form into 3-inch patties, 1/4-inch thick.
    Fry these as you would a hamburg patty.
