Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender, drain.
    Mix next four ingredients with potatoes and pour into a greased casserole dish, cover.
    Bake in oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
    Take out of oven.
    Crush crackers.
    Pour over casserole.
    Pour melted butter over crackers. Put back in oven a few minutes, then serve warm.
