Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. pears, peeled and chopped in very small pieces
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Add dry ingredients, sifted.
    Fold in pears and nuts. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
